Please read and accept the following terms before submitting your SbheneCart seller application.
1. Seller Fees
- Once-off registration fee: R20 — payable before your first listing is approved.
- Monthly subscription: R150 — recurring fee to keep your store active on SbheneCart.
- All fees are non-refundable, including if your application is rejected or if you choose to leave the platform.
2. Application Review
- All applications are manually reviewed by the SbheneCart team.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any application without providing reasons.
- You will be contacted on the phone number or email you provide.
3. Product Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for the quality, legality, and delivery of every product you list.
- All products must comply with South African consumer law.
- SbheneCart takes no responsibility for disputes between you and buyers.
4. Pricing & Payments
- You set your own prices, but SbheneCart may charge a commission on each sale.
- Payouts are made to your nominated South African bank account on a schedule we set.
- You must keep your banking details up to date — we cannot pay to outdated accounts.
5. Account Suspension
- We may suspend or remove your seller account at any time for breaking these terms, selling illegal goods, or behaving dishonestly.
6. Communication
- By applying, you agree to receive emails and WhatsApp messages from SbheneCart about your application and store.
